my pad tells me that I am not connected to internet. What do I do?
I will assume you are referring to an iPad. We can directly assist you with connecting to our library wireless connection with your device when you visit one of our library locations. Otherwise being able to connect will depend on where you are (work, home, other place of business) and whether the connection requires a password.
Very generally speaking you have to be in range of a wi-fi hotspot, go to your settings menu, choose an available network, and enter the password (if required).
There could be other technical issues at play here that could affect your connectivity but unfortunately they beyond the scope of the library.
