Can I schedule the library to come visit our preschool

I am a preschool teacher at The Hearth Academy in Elkhorn and I was wondering if you ever have a person from the library come to a preschool as a guest speaker?

Thanks for asking! Our librarians love scheduling preschool visits for all sorts of things - traveling storytimes, talking about the library, even bringing along costume characters from time to time. I would encourage you to start by contacting Karen Berry, children's librarian at the Elkhorn branch library, by calling 402-289-4367, or Julie Humphrey, our youth services manager, by emailing

Ms. Berry is one of the best children's librarians in the business, and she's got a great team supporting her at Elkhorn - any of their staff should be great guests for your preschool!

Thanks for using AskOPL!
