Sometimes I get an email saying I have a"hold" book available, but it does not give me that option in my hold list to move it to the ecart.

It sounds like you are talking about an eBook or downloadable audiobook.  You shouldn't have to move the book to the ecart.  When you go to your account, there should already be a link to download the book.  Enjoy!

  1. Several times in the recent past I have followed the instructions but the book is not there.

  2. After three days, a hold does expire, as the email notification states. Also, it is important to be within your eaccount when accessing your hold, not your regular library online account. For those who download books via apps, you should access your eaccount via the app rather than the web. I hope this helps.
