Thanks for contacting us! While the library card number is required for many transactions, for placing a book on request your name will do just fine. 8 Steps to Strategic Success was already available at Saddlebrook, so I've had the staff there pull it and it's ready to be picked up. Just be sure to bring along a driver's license or other photo ID, and they'll be able to access your account, check out the item, and replace your library card if needed.

Feel free to contact us by phone anytime to place these sort of requests, too - either 402-444-4800 or your neighborhood library. It's also a good idea to contact us if your library card is lost - that way we can flag it to prevent unauthorized use if it's been found or taken by a third party, then replace it or reactivate it with a photo ID once it turns up again.

Thanks again for contacting us! Your book is waiting at Saddlebrook.
