I can't log onto the library's website and when I click the "forgot your PIN" link, it tells me it doesn't recognize my card number. What do I do?
Thanks for asking, and sorry for the trouble! The PIN reset function on our website has been malfunctioning through several months' worth of attempted fixes and angry calls. There is a working password reset function in our old 'classic catalog' - I'll provide the direct link here.
That should work for you, but if anything doesn't go as expected please visit any of our library locations. With a photo ID, we can reset your PIN and be sure that everything else with the account is in good order.
